Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales and Marketing, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, HVAC System, Supply Chain, Trading or Export/Import, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable to communicating with the customer on marketing matters at all the levels and arrange meeting between upper management levels for final negotiation as required.
∎ To set & maintain a communication plan with all prospective companies & to communications should be result oriented.
∎ Should be capable to identify new business prospects and to convince prospective clients.
∎ To be capable to identify the requirements & expectations of the companies communicated with and to be capable to satisfy all their queries.
∎ Candidate should be capable to build up rope with the management there.
∎ Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
∎ Should develop a marketing strategy to gain a firm position in the existing market.
∎ Should keep updates on competitors products & capabilities leadership & convincing skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You will be required to work from 09.00 am to 07.00 pm Six day in a week. You may need to work longer hours during peak sales periods, depending on the organization's requirements.
∎ Every official travel cost paid by company as per debit voucher with 15 days Interval. If we provide you bike than driving license and any problem on road have to fixed by yourself. Fuel cost provide by company.
∎ You have a sales target which is fixed by company. You have to committed to achieve this target. If you fulfill the target then we will pay you incentive. But if you unable to archive the target two months constantly then we will not provide the next month salary. Salary will be paid within 10th of the next month though Bank Account.
∎ There is no government holidays applicable. Yearly vacation in 2 Eid festive (about 4 Days each vacation). There are no festive bonus within 6 months. After completing 6 months past than we will pay bonus 50% of your Salary.
∎ If you consistently absence in your duty without approval than we will reduce Taka 1,000/- from your net salary. If you consistently late in office 3 days it will mark as absence one day and reduce the salary.
∎ We provide you official SIM card but you must have a smart phone.
∎ You have to looking smart with formal dress up, clean face and acceptable hair style.
∎ You have to active yourself and give all report constantly to your Team Leader.
∎ You have to undersign for one year agreement. You will be unable to switch this job within 1 year from the issue this contact.
∎ No work can be done against the interests of the company. If the evidence is available, the company has the power to take legal action.
∎ We will reserve your any original Certificate as security.
∎ To arrange collection, forecasting and analysis of the market data for operating & updating marketing plan.
∎ Proactive management and planning capacity in marketing.
∎ Managing of all related financial affairs in marketing.
∎ Leadership & convincing skills.
∎ Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Able to express himself verbally in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and time frames.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Sales Incentive.
