Responsibilities & Context:
Only candidates who are currently working in a travel agency or have previous experience in a travel agency are eligible to apply for this position.
Actively promote and sell the company’s travel and holiday packages to potential clients
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term professional relationships with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning and strategy
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide high-quality service and support
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs
Execute both office-based and outdoor marketing activities to maximize brand visibility
Follow up with leads, convert prospects into confirmed clients, and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress
