∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and Executing new marketing and sales plans for potential and existing clients
∎ Actively searching for clients, including visiting them physically to pitch them ideas
∎ Getting clients onboard and acquiring work orders
∎ Maintaining regular communication with clients over various communications mediums, as well as providing regular updates to them
∎ Work with our team closely to ensure all projects are completed within deadline and to the highest quality possible.
∎ Handle billing with the clients
∎ Manage our team during ongoing projects and efficiently assign tasks to teammates
∎ Create and maintain documentation of all projects, as well as create project proposals and presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
∎ Must have fluent written and spoken efficiency in both Bangla and English
∎ Must be able to work under extreme pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Having a degree in Business administration with focus on marketing and sales is a big plus
∎ Past working experience with an advertising agency is also a big plus.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Initial monthly salary of up to BDT 40,000 based on skills and qualifications.
