∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Experience in garments Machinery market is highly appreciable.
∎ Computer literacy is must (MS-Word, Excel, Internet, Social media & E-mail operation).
∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Good communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing for textile machinery & Spare parts.
∎ Effectively processing and execution of orders.
∎ Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, and market research.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
∎ Maintain updated records of sales leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
∎ Prepare periodic sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
∎ Receives customer enquiries and initiates appropriate action.
∎ Communicate with customers regularly over phone and email.
∎ Response to Client time to time.
∎ Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
∎ Follow up orders.
∎ Schedules activities and site visits.
