Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential clients.
∎ Promote and sell residential apartments to prospective buyers.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze trends and strategies to identify new sales opportunities.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
∎ Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, property fairs, and site visits.
∎ Arrange and conduct property showings for interested buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
∎ Communicate and consult with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on apartment business/real estate trends, pricing, and competition.
∎ Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, feedback, and updates.
∎ Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
∎ Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills within the apartment business/real estate industry
