Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in agriculture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dedicated,hardworking, experienced in pesticide products marketing in retail market
∎ Need to work with the pesticide dealer and farmers in rural area.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with sales team.
∎ Prepare and analysis data in field level .
∎ Promote product in retail market.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with the BADC officers in BADC offices.
∎ Updates reporting to management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation.
∎ Create Brand image and market extension.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in pesticides product, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Computer operating knowledge (Office management).
∎ Hard working, able to adopt for long time business trip, 2-4 years working experience in this industry is preferred.
∎ Top 10 pesticide company employees of Bangladesh will get preference.
∎ Obey company management, performance evaluation, etc .
∎ Good characters and no bad habits will given priority.
∎ Officers must have to own motorcycle.

Salary: Negotiable
