∎ Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role (experience in the nonprofit sector is an advantage).
∎ Proficient in social media management to enhance online presence and engagement.
∎ Skilled in content creation and graphic design for impactful storytelling.
∎ Experienced in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator).
∎ Experience managing websites and social media accounts.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute marketing plans to promote CSF Centre’s services and initiatives.
∎ Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, newsletters and social media contents.
∎ Manage and update CSF Centre’s digital platforms via diverse social media channels.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with government and non-government stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare facilities, private practices, and educational institutions.
∎ Organize events, campaigns, and outreach programs to promote CSF Centre’s services.
∎ Track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports. Use data to refine and improve marketing approaches.
∎ Location: CSF Centre, Shahjadpur, Sirajganj, Bangladesh.

∎ Position Summary
