Job Context:
∎ Our start up business in Bangladesh works with mobile operators as advertising platform and VAS provider since 2016. It has been growing x2-x3 every year and we are looking for a dedicated marketing manager to maintain full control of marketing activities in the country and in future - South & South East East Asia region.
∎ If you are a FIXER & DOER by nature - this is a task for you. If you enjoy the challenge of weekly sprints of conversion increase hypotheses, daily performance monitoring, deep-diving for new ad channels - you`ll do great.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring ad channel performance: voice calls, online CPA, SMS, etc.
∎ Being in charge of ad budgets of $10K+ per month
∎ Coming up with weekly sprint hypotheses, testing them and optimizing performance (yes, all those HADI-cycles that we all love so much!)
∎ Planning monthly media plans and analyzing results
∎ Being in charge of new marketing materials preparation (presentations, videos, etc.)
∎ Negotiating promotion windows with mobile operators
∎ Communicating and controlling subcontractors (CPA partners, designers, voice recording studios, etc.)
∎ (optional) market studies of potential new countries in South East Asia
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English minimum level B2 as 90 % of work is in English
∎ At least 2 years of experience in similar role
∎ Desire to learn
∎ Readiness to take ownership of activity from A to Z and deliver result
∎ A sense of humor
∎ Ability to work Bangladesh work time 10am-6pm GMT+6 Sunday-Thursday (Friday and Saturday are weekend) is highly preferred
