Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategic Marketing & Branding


• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Position Akij Mediplex as a trusted healthcare brand in Bangladesh.
• Plan and execute ATL, BTL & digital campaigns for diagnostics & hospital services.
• Manage branding materials, signage, and promotional content for all branches.


2. Business Growth & Patient Acquisition


• Design and promote health packages, memberships, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales team for corporate partnerships (factories, schools, NGOs).
• Organize community health camps, awareness programs, and CSR activities.
• Monitor patient acquisition cost (PAC) and ROI on marketing campaigns.


3. Digital Marketing & Communication


• Lead digital strategy: social media, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Oversee website and mobile app promotions for appointment bookings & reports.
• Develop content marketing plan (blogs, health tips, videos, doctor interviews).
• Execute targeted SMS, WhatsApp & email campaigns.


4. Market Research & Intelligence


• Conduct competitor analysis & identify growth opportunities.
• Track patient behavior, referral sources, and conversion data.
• Recommend new service packages based on market demand.
• Regularly review marketing KPIs and suggest improvements.


5. Team & Budget Management


• Manage the marketing team (executives, designers, digital officers).
• Allocate and monitor the marketing budget effectively.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Train and develop the marketing team for high performance.
