• Age At least 22 years

• Prior experience in a hospital or diagnostic center preferred.

• Microsoft Office and computer skills preferred.

• Candidate must speak clearly and with well manner.

• Must be fluent in reading and writing English and Bengali.

• Strong public speaking skills to market services in local and professional settings.

• Motivated and innovative individual characteristics.

• Positive and respectful approach.

• Eager to learn and take initiative of duties.

• Professional appearance, handsome preferred.

• Efficient and well organized.

• Ability to evolve creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

• Maintain a clean, professional attire.

• Must be able to work long hours and be available for company needs.

• Must be willing to learn hospital services.

• Must be able to work with multiple departments.

• Learning and understanding all the services provided by Unique Hospital. Professionally addressing local communities, institutions and professional settings.

• Analyze consumer behavior and data and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.

• Develop, execute and strategize marketing plan to attract potential business and retain existing connections.

• Develop strategies to boost the company`s reputation and drive traffic. Develop successful marketing campaign from ideation to execution.

• Ensure all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

• Help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

• Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff.

• Oversee and approve marketing material (i.e. banners, website material, hard copy brochures)

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors Reconstruct and resolve current or potential corporate marketing issues.
