∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or BBA/MBA/Bachelors/Hons. from any Public or UGC approved University/ Institution.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales Targets: Proactively source new clients and successfully achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Should have own potential client list for doing construction business and ability to search the market for potential new clients and develop new business relationships.
∎ Client Relationships: Conduct regular visits to corporate customers and sites across Bangladesh to strengthen client relationships.
∎ Conduct rate analysis for each project and prepare a budget.
∎ Should be familiar with VAT and Tax rate of the selling product
∎ Market Expansion: Identify and tap into untapped markets to contribute significantly to sales growth.
∎ Data Management: Diligently update the customer database with relevant information.
∎ Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional services.
∎ Sales Techniques: Utilize a refined sales script to efficiently engage with customers.
∎ Collecting Payments for sold products and ensuring customers support to the end users Gathering market information about competitor's products to offer customers with better prices and facilities
∎ Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
∎ Order Processing: Professionally handle and process customer orders.
∎ Customer Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address product and service-related questions.
∎ Listening Skills: Skillfully listen to customer needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Inquiry Handling: Proactively ask questions to understand customer requirements and facilitate appointment closures.
∎ Telephone Sales: Effectively manage incoming calls and inquiries, promoting and selling our services/products over the telephone.
∎ Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.Flexibility: Display readiness to undertake any responsibilities delegated by the management.
