Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferred bachelor's degree in Marketing.
∎ At least 4+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing and communications.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ Manage and execute communication on relevant digital and social media, including company websites and intranet sites aligned with regional direction.
∎ Secure local implementation of concepts, product or brand strategies as well as targeted campaigns and launches.
∎ Build relationships with relevant suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to achieve above objectives.
∎ Understand sales performance and product positioning in the market by analyzing market data and launch plans for improvement.
∎ Increase brand awareness by implementing Company's strategies and policies and localizing regional initiatives to achieve targeted market share.
∎ Design and execute internal and external communication activities such as Master Painter and sell out details to ensure consistent and professional communication.
∎ Ensure to maintain activity dashboard and present monthly reports on activities and results achievement.
∎ Responsible for designing and developing retail elements for relevant marketing campaigns.
∎ Generate insights from social media and web analytics to understand content engagement and SEO opportunities.

∎ Age 29 to 35 years

∎ Ability to work with good connectivity with retail chain and other key stake holders to understand market pulse to achieve objectives.
∎ Should be a team plater willing to share knowledge, experience, and information for team's success.
∎ Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.
∎ Communicates with impact; convinces and persuades others; promotes plans and ideas successfully.
