Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Marketing telesales specialist, you establish weekly and monthly sales targets, craft and execute sales strategies.
∎ Explain the products and services to the customers.
∎ Oversee the sales team's performance, and manage escalated customer complaints.
∎ Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.Implementing sales strategies.
∎ Tracking, Recording, and reporting sales on a daily basis.
∎ Do regular follow-up with the contacts and leads.
∎ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
