Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Industrial Finance Company limited (BIFC) is looking for a competent, energetic, dynamic and forward looking Managing Director with the following qualification, experience and requirements:
∎ Job Location: Dhaka; may need to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading as well as administering the operational activities in accordance with policies, guidelines and objectives of the Company.
∎ Formulating policies & strategies as well as implementing the business plan to achieve target of the Company.
∎ Managing the business operations in compliance with the rules & procedures of the regulatory bodies.
∎ Building as well as directing a cross functional result oriented team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 62 years
∎ 15 year(s) and at least 2 years experience in the position of DMD/AMD in Bank/NBFIs.
∎ Strong presentation skill.
∎ Definite exposure in HR related activities.
