• Plan, develop, implement and direction of marketing and merchandising team for multiple accounts.

• Develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales & develop new business.

• Costing and order placement, planning for new season sampling and production orders.

• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence in terms of garment fabrics, yarn, trims, and accessories

• Ensure daily update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.

• Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery and strong ability on Supply chain/backward linkage management.

• Ability to understand current market analysis or trends, customer focus, target market and buying psychology as well as have a strong understanding of the products.

• Proper execution of orders according to planned TNA on regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.

• Follow up with the planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment moves on time. Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
