Experience:
Take initiative to align business strategy & operation strategy with HR strategy.
Develop and implement a performance appraisal system based on KPIs and attendance
Monitor productivity, absenteeism, and turnover rates and recommend corrective actions
Responsible for attracting & selecting right talent & retain talent and employee branding.
Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
Ensure workplace safety, welfare, and employee well-being programs are effectively implemented.
Responsible for People Management & Developing and arranging reward recognition for talent.
Adequate knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Rules, ILO Convention, COC of different brand/buyer, Platform Audit & Others Certifications.
Knowledge in Environmental Audits & Sustainability certification.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, Analytical & Communication skills with the ability to engage with employees, Customers & Suppliers at all levels.
Plan and execute learning initiatives to strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities
