Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all bond and customs-related activities, including import, export, and local purchase documentation.

• Oversee bonded warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling of raw material imports, utilization, and timely reporting to customs authorities.

• Prepare and submit all commercial and bond-related returns in full compliance with customs regulations.

• Maintain effective coordination with Customs, Bond Office, and other relevant government agencies.

• Supervise L/C (Letter of Credit) opening, amendment, shipment, and import documentation in coordination with banks and suppliers.

• Monitor export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, EXP forms, and GSP certificates.

• Ensure timely renewal of bond licenses, trade licenses, and other regulatory permissions.

• Prepare and maintain all records related to import, export, and bond inventory to meet audit and customs requirements.

• Guide and support the commercial team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in documentation and reporting.

• Provide management with regular updates and analytical reports on commercial operations and compliance matters.
