Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all bond and customs-related activities, including import, export, and local purchase documentation.
Oversee bonded warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling of raw material imports, utilization, and timely reporting to customs authorities.
Prepare and submit all commercial and bond-related returns in full compliance with customs regulations.
Maintain effective coordination with Customs, Bond Office, and other relevant government agencies.
Supervise L/C (Letter of Credit) opening, amendment, shipment, and import documentation in coordination with banks and suppliers.
Monitor export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, EXP forms, and GSP certificates.
Ensure timely renewal of bond licenses, trade licenses, and other regulatory permissions.
Prepare and maintain all records related to import, export, and bond inventory to meet audit and customs requirements.
Guide and support the commercial team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in documentation and reporting.
Provide management with regular updates and analytical reports on commercial operations and compliance matters.
