Educational Requirements:
∎ CA/CMA Partially qualified with Masters/ MBA Accounting or Finance from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ Note: Candidate must have practical knowledge in maintaining ERP Based Accounting Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gap Analysis, problem finding, solution, data analysis, rectification of Accounts related ERP Modules.
∎ To guide the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ • Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Compares previous year’s budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ • Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Prepare financial statements.

∎ Age at least 33 years

∎ Minimum 08 years’ experience in any 100% export oriented Textile industry.
