Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 35 years
Minimum 5 years or above practical work experience predominantly on the payment/billing section of any large garments industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
MIS and related statements review.
Regularly check and verify the head-wise ledger, the trial balance, and vouching (cash/bank receipts, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers)
Pre-audit of employee benefits, and ensure that payments fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Pre-Audit of all kinds of bills, ensuring alignment with material receipts and company policies.
Check store consumption and inventory movement records, reviewed regularly and effectively within the scheduled period.
Plan and conduct financial audit as per business requirement.
