Education:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from any recognized university.
∎ CA (Partly Qualified) or CMA (Partly Qualified).
∎ Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from any recognized university.
∎ CA (Partly Qualified) or CMA (Partly Qualified).

∎ Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in Accounts and Finance, including at least 1 years in a managerial role.
∎ Experience in group of companies or large business enterprises is preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in financial software (Tally, ERP, or similar), MS Office, and internet tools.
∎ Excellent communication and report writing skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead a team efficiently.

∎ Ensure overall supervision and management of the company’s Accounts and Finance functions.
∎ Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
∎ Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
∎ Ensure timely submission of financial reports to top management and regulatory authorities.
∎ Maintain liaison with banks, financial institutions, external auditors, and government agencies.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely tax, VAT, and other regulatory compliance.
∎ Establish internal control systems and monitor their effective implementation.
∎ Lead finance team members by setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance.
∎ Assist in strategic planning, business analysis, and cost control initiatives.
∎ Support audit processes and implement recommendations.
