∎ Must have to working experience as a Real Estate sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Have to good communication and phone conversation skill.
∎ Candidates from Real Estate or Developers company in similar field are highly encourage to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed). Proven track record in selling High-end (Exclusively Luxurious) apartments and commercial space.
∎ Must have to working experience as a Real Estate sales and Marketing activities.
∎ Have to good communication and phone conversation skill.
∎ Candidates from Real Estate or Developers company in similar field are highly encourage to apply.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed). Proven track record in selling High-end (Exclusively Luxurious) apartments and commercial space.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to contacting potential and existing customers on the phone with handling customer questions & inquiries.
∎ Prepare and execute effective external visits, project visits & internal visits to/with prospective customers.
∎ Arrange customer/prospects and generating leads. Maintaining, updating the customer database & keep good relationships with the customer.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer visit plans and monthly sales reports then provide feedback to the supervisor on regular basis.
∎ Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets, and deadlines. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Close the sales deal with superior, according to proper documentation.
