A reputed 100% Export Oriented CAP’s/HAT’s manufacturing garments Factory located at Gazipur is looking for an enthusiastic professional, qualified, experienced & dynamic Manager/Asst Manager-QA (CAP’s/Hat’s) for immediate appointment.

Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.

1. To ensure quality in all section and Random inline checking.
2. To find out the root causes of defects & problems and Follow-up defect rate, DHU & prepare monthly DHU report, Top three (3) defects with a corrective action plan.
3. Quality policy, plan, and department-wise goal follow-up, Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
4. Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer’s requirements and audits.
5. Responsible for any kind of recheck and style mistake.
6. Responsible for defect percentage which is more than the acceptable limit.
7. Responsible for any kind of claims/ complaints from buyers regarding quality.
8. Responsible styling approval after first production.
9. Train others of team in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
10. Take the responsibility for assuring the lines are following technical specifications (AQLs: Acceptable Quality Level) and make sure that OQLs (Observed Quality Level) in the line are in line with quality practices.
11. Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production and compare with customer approved sample.
12. Following QMS standards take immediate corrective actions and solve problems.
13. Prepare necessary documents as per buyer requirements and keep the reservation.
14. Conduct an internal audit and make a root cause & corrective action plan.
15. Excellent knowledge of overall quality assurance and control functions of delivery.
16. Effectively interact with technical development and production team to maintain product quality.
