Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
∎ Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
∎ Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues.
∎ Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
∎ Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
∎ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
∎ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
∎ Maintain and Growing the brand's affiliations and partnerships
∎ Maintain contact with vendors and distributors to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
