Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
∎ Take the lead in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting.Supervise the activities of financial management staff in monitoring cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
∎ To operate overall finance & accounts department activities, Bank payment, cash payment, set up control mechanism, internal control system, and inventory management system, monitoring bank and cash collection form customers mostly based on credit sales.
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the finance and accounts department, including cash receipts, general ledger, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, variance analysis of income and expenses, financial data reconciliation, and debt activity.
∎ Examine operational and financial outcomes, detect trends, track deviations, analyse data, and do cost-benefit assessments in order to provide management with recommendations.
∎ Maintain coordination with various functional lines, such as the supply chain department, sales department, marketing department, and factory, in order to oversee and mentor the team responsible for managing the overall activities of accounting and financial functions. This will ensure the proper implementation of financial policies and procedures at the strategic level.
∎ Ensure the conformity of statutory financial statements with local and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Accounting Standard (IAS).
∎ Ensure proper administration of company accounts, cash, and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, TAX and VAT management etc.
∎ Formulate and implement accounts & finance-related strategic business policies, rules & regulations.
∎ Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
