∎ In-depth knowledge of the LED lighting, gang switches, and cables market.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Identify new business opportunities (B2B & B2C) in electrical and electronics markets.
∎ Manage key accounts, distributors, and retail partnerships.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Lead the sales team, set targets, and ensure motivation & performance.
∎ Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade shows, etc.) for electrical products (e.g., switches, cables, lighting, consumer electronics).
∎ Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and customer needs.
∎ Develop product positioning, branding, and promotional strategies.
∎ Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
∎ Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and institutional buyers.
∎ Train channel partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
∎ Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
∎ Manage offline marketing (trade fairs, exhibitions, print ads).
∎ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
∎ Prepare and manage sales & marketing budgets.
∎ Track ROI on marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management on KPIs, market trends, and forecasts.
∎ Stay updated on industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL certifications for electrical goods).
∎ Ensure marketing materials comply with legal and safety regulations.
∎ Position Summary
∎ The Manager - Sales and Marketing (S & M) will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our product lines, including LED bulbs, gang switches, cables and others electrical and electronics item. The role involves leading a team, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence nationwide.
