Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create travel itinerary with flights, hotels & other travel services.
∎ Provide complete travel service solutions to clients.
∎ Respond to client query via online & offline channels.
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly.
∎ Manage all online & offline channels of communication related to sales.
∎ Book Hotels, tour package, air tickets with different online systems.
∎ Use GDS for reservations.
∎ Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries.
∎ Provide visa support to clients.
∎ Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their travel preferences and create personalized itineraries.
∎ Sales Excellence: Promote and sell travel packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and our service offerings to provide expert advice.
∎ Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Administration: Handle booking processes, paperwork, and payment transactions efficiently.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: GDS, Holiday Packages, Tour and Travel Agency, Tour Package, Transport/ Airline/ Travel, Travel Agent, Travel management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Ticketing, GDS, GDS SYSTEM, Holiday Packages, hotel reservation, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tourist visa processing, Travel Agency, Travels and tourism, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Immigration/Visa Processing, Tour Operator, Travel Agent.
∎ Must be tech savvy. Must know more than just MS word & office. Must have a learning attitude & grow skills.
∎ Have updated knowledge about airline rules & policies.
∎ Have updated knowledge about international tour packages.
∎ Have destination knowledge about foreign countries.
∎ Be polite, active & responsible with your duties.
∎ Applicants with Visa processing knowledge is highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Applicants with GDS Skills are highly encouraged to apply (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus ).
∎ Experience with BSP / IATA related operations is plus point (This is optional).
