Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Education/Social Sciences or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years' experience of working in Education in Emergency (EiE) program on which at least 3 years in management position
∎ S/he is expected to have hands on experience of organizing and planning capacity building activities and coordinating with external stakeholders
∎ Experience of working and support local NGOs, especially education/EiE partners, and doing capacity building, mentoring, and coaching activities
∎ Demonstrated experience of managing internal reporting systems, budget as well as ability to identify and resolve operational and technical issues and implement field-level solutions within EiE
∎ Sound understanding on UNHCR donor compliance and reporting requirements
∎ Good knowledge of and experience in using established EiE standars, such as INEE Minimums Standards, Sphere Standards, or SCI packages such as LWiE, PSS/PFA, Life Skills, DRR, etc as well as adult learning and training techniques
∎ Ability to work in a challenging environment, maintain a positive team dynamic, excellent interpersonal-skills/ ability to represent the organization with local authorities and community leaders.
∎ Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken ability in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites
∎ Qualified candidates form greater Chittagong Division will get preference
