  • Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas education counselling (AUS & NZ expertise is mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of UK, USA, Canada, Europe admission & visa systems.
  • Proven experience managing a team of counsellors or branch operations.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Bangla).
  • Ability to handle A–Z process independently, including GTE, SOP, COE, and visa documentation.
  • Smart, confident, and leadership-oriented personality.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager who can lead our international student counselling operations across UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate must have end-to-end (A–Z) knowledge of the entire process — from student counselling, application, GTE, SOP, COE, and offer letter handling to visa documentation & team management.

This is a lead position, responsible for overseeing the counselling team, ensuring quality student service, and achieving monthly admission & visa conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Supervise and guide counsellors for UK, USA, Canada, Europe, AUS & NZ applications.
  • Develop SOPs and operational workflows for smooth student file handling.
  • Train and mentor junior counsellors on admission and visa processes.
  • Ensure timely application processing and high visa success rate.

Student Counselling & Process Management

  • Personally handle complex or high-value student cases.
  • Advise students and parents about study options, course selection, university eligibility, and visa process.
  • Oversee A–Z admission pipeline: lead → application → offer → COE → visa.
  • Maintain communication with international universities and partners.

Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly & quarterly student enrolment targets.
  • Monitor lead conversion, counsellor performance, and team KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and analytics for management review.
  • Identify new markets, universities, and partnership opportunities.

Knowledge & Compliance

  • Stay updated with immigration rules, education policies, and scholarship trends for major destinations.
  • Ensure team compliance with institutional and immigration standards.
  • Attend webinars, training, and networking events with international partners.
