- (A) The candidate must have Ph.D. degree in relevant discipline with at least one first class/A grade in Honors and Masters Level.
- (B) The candidate must have M.Phil./Equivalent degree with at least one first class/A grade in Honors and Masters Level.
- (C) The candidate must have 4 years [5 years in case of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (Vet. Sc. & AH)/DVM & BVC registered practitioner] Bachelor (Hons) with Master's degree in relevant field with CGPA of minimum 3.50 (in the scale of 4.00) in both Bachelor (Hons) and Master's degree.
- He/she must have at least 3 first divisions/classes/A grade.

To participate actively in teaching using innovative pedagogical styles linked with information technology.

To undertake professional development in support of teaching and applied research, and if appropriate in support of student welfare and curriculum management.
To perform any other duties assigned by the University Authority
