Required Qualifications and Qualities:

• English Communication both spoken and written is needed.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred, though passionate fresh graduates may also apply.
• Must be dedicated, patient, and passionate about teaching and working with underprivileged students.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to handle adolescent boys with firmness, empathy, and fairness.
• Candidates must possess a religious mindset, be decent in behavior, and serve as moral guides for students.
• Willingness to reside on campus or stay beyond academic hours to support student development is highly valued.

• Teach Physical Education/ Games / Sports to students from various grade levels using effective and engaging methods.
• Ensure games, sports & physical education along with the discipline through a well-structured curriculum.
• Support students beyond classroom hours, especially in improving games, sports and physical exercise.
• Assist in organizing co-curricular and extra-curricular activities related to character building and personal development.
• Monitor student discipline, behavior, and well-being both during and after academic hours.
• Work closely with other staff in a team-oriented, student-focused environment to ensure holistic development.
• Maintain consistent communication with the school leadership regarding student progress and needs.
• Serve as a role model in behavior, language, and personal conduct, aligning with the values of the school.
• Act as House Master for assigned students in the residential hostel, ensuring their safety, discipline, and overall well-being.
• Supervise students during residential hours, including study time, prayers, meals, recreation, and sleeping hours.
• Monitor student behavior, attendance, hygiene, health, and adherence to hostel rules and institutional policies.
• Maintain proper records related to student discipline, attendance, and residential activities.
• Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, and residential staff to support students’ holistic physical, moral, and personal development.
• Ensure a safe, structured, and child-friendly residential environment in line with institutional and safeguarding standards.
• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating discipline, professionalism, teamwork, and ethical conduct at all times.
