• Candidates must possess a religious mindset, be decent in behavior, and serve as moral guides for students.
• Willingness to reside on campus or stay beyond academic hours to support student development is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach English Language and Literature to students from Grade VI - XII levels using effective and engaging methods.

• Foster strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English through a well-structured curriculum.

• Support students beyond classroom hours, especially in improving language skills and study habits.

• Assist in organizing co-curricular and extra-curricular activities related to language learning and personal development.

• Monitor student discipline, behavior, and well-being both during and after academic hours.

• Work closely with other staff in a team-oriented, student-focused environment to ensure holistic development.

• Maintain consistent communication with the school leadership regarding student progress and classroom needs.

• Serve as a role model in behavior, language, and personal conduct, aligning with the values of the school.
