• You need to decide when your department's batch will start.
• Before the batch starts, you have to fulfill all the responsibilities, like when the ads will go online, which poster the ad will be created on, how much the budget will be, how long the ad will run, what the post will be written on, etc.
• After the Ads run, a decision will need to be made about how many leads are coming in for how many dollars, which Ads will continue, and which will be stopped.
• You need to follow up on when the leads received from the ads will go to the call center, whether the call center is making calls, and whether the call center is communicating properly.
• You need to create a syllabus for the program, design slides for the free seminar, organize the free workshop, and conduct the seminar.
• After the free seminar, you need to follow up to see if anyone is contacting you or if anyone has any questions.
• It is necessary to follow up on how many students have been added and whether they have been added to the correct secret group.
