Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferably in Business studies/ Business Administration.
∎ Candidates having expertise in SCM will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring fully inventory control and maintaining minimum stock level.
∎ Maintain each and every movement, inventory and stock of store by using ERP Software.
∎ Initiating, coordinating and enforcing optimal operational policies and procedures regarding all kind of Materials Management.
∎ Implementing operational strategies and procedures in store as per prescribed SOP.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring all activities of Store & inventory department to face audit and buyer.
∎ Ensuring maintenance of Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
∎ Arranging timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.
∎ Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted in ERP and documented as well.
∎ Check Safety, Quality and Compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Should have practical experience about Bonded warehouse and Customs related Register 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 etc.
∎ Supervising all stores operational issues and uphold the safety of the store house.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Create ERP requisition of all kinds of general item, Accessories, Yarn, Chemical, spare parts etc. to meet smooth production and Operation.
∎ Ensure Buyer COC requirement, BSCI, ACCORD, BCI GOTS, OCS etc. audit traceability record maintain properly.
∎ Lead and guide the store personnel to accomplish the assigned/ vested task in the best possible way.
∎ Snap check of material in order to prevent pilferage and to discourage mishandling of materials.
∎ Ensure proper trace-ability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic Computer skill, Garments/Textiles ERP, Advanced Microsoft Excel
∎ Communication and leadership skill is mandatory.
∎ Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player.
