∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Erp software, Overall Store management, Store Inventory and Control, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all receiving and distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Have to maintain inventory of store by using Software.
∎ Receive store materials from local, and foreign suppliers and any other sources as per the LC/purchase approval document.
∎ Responsible for carrying out Store activities. (RM &PM) and machineries.
∎ Responsible for managing the Statement of RM &PM. And machineries.
∎ Responsible to Maintain LIFO & FIFO.
∎ Responsible for Issue of RM & PM for daily production and machineries.
∎ Responsible for maintain the Stock reports and maintenance, responsible for MRR of all incoming Materials.
∎ Monitor and maintain store and maintenance inventory.
∎ Responsible to face audit for all store items and also RM & PM and machineries.
∎ Maintain in Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
∎ Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
∎ Prepare monthly & annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective & preventive actions.
∎ Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent.
∎ Have to maintain proper records, and tags and track surplus properly.
∎ Prepare monthly stock reports regularly & Maintain store ledger properly.
∎ Liaison with the Sales team, Purchase and Material, QC, Commercial, Production, and other related departments.
∎ Have to generate regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain required CRM.
∎ Develop and arrange deliverable materials in-store areas (As Needed).
∎ Receive & inspect deliveries to ensure they meet expected specifications.
∎ Strongly handle all kinds of incoming & outgoing materials.
∎ Able to work well under pressure & lead fellow members. Inventory should be maintained in the name of the product.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Past experience of warehouse management software or relevant ERP system.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
∎ A professional degree/Certificate in Logistics Management would be advantageous.
