Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA major in Finance & Accounts from any reputed University with CA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly and annual reports to identify result, trend, and financial forecast
∎ Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
∎ Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculation
∎ Review day to day financial transactions and make sure internal controls and policies are adhere to alongside the controlling of cost
∎ Identify areas of improvements for accounting processes and systems and implement accordingly
∎ Manage cash flow by tracking transactions, regularly generating and reviewing internal reports
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
∎ Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with international accounting standards and government rules and regulations
∎ Collaborate with internal and external auditor and mitigate the queries satisfactorily
∎ Develop budget, business plan and financial forecast for the company based on data available internally and also collecting data from external sources
∎ Supervise, manage and motivate different teams and individual under finance & Accounts
∎ Assist the CFO in day to day affairs and also to present reports to internal and external stakeholders including board members & management committee
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Candidates who have completed CA from Rahman Rahman Huq, Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co, ACNABIN Chartered Accountants and A. Qasem & Co. will get preference.
∎ Candidates who have 3-5 years' experience after obtaining CA also can apply
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
