• Should have knowledge on Fashion markets trends and also have understanding and interest on international fashion market.
• Has to be capable to make a new collection based on buyers moodboard and propose them new inspiration board.
• Should be capable to present his own collection to buyer.
• Should have solid knowledge of fabric, washes and design, knowledge on denim treatment and washes
• Have a proven track record designing commercial pieces for prominent brands & detail knowledge on CAD packages, Photoshop and Illustrator application.
• Experience on Outerwear garments will be treated as additional advantage
• Have mindset to travel to our factories at least 2 days in a week & also business meeting out of the country
• Strong interpersonal skills to deal with Management, Buyer, Merchandiser.
• Good level of English communication both oral and written.

We are looking for a dynamic person to lead our Design team. Required to be able to bring in valuable experience in the areas of Design & Product Development & the suitable candidate will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration & progressive career growth.

• Approving sample initial development and till order confirmation, in between approval for trims, accessories, and fabric with targeted cost buyer wise
• Leading DPD team  
• Advising on what best sample can be made and get the best profit out of it 
• Forecasting trends and plan collection season-wise.
• Authorizing team members buyer-wise follow up & take responsibilities 
• Design and making CAD, Examining and evaluating the ability of each individual in the team and distribute the task  
• Providing Instruction to the team to analyze the demand from the marketing team and plan sample-making as per the requirement
• Train and motivate employees to achieve the target  
• Considering production capacity & support marketing team  
• Analyzing buyer tech pack & calculate initial costing before starting a new sample 
• Communicating with the buyer, supplier, and inter-department.
• Research on innovation in the fashion market 
• Updating management about the market demand buyers regarding fashion development query 
• Taking necessary step to fill the sample capacity in the sample room 
• Making buyer visit plan and present them with design studio capacity and capabilities 
• Giving requirement updated software that is required for the team to grow and make CAD according to market demand
