∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ At most completed 1000 marks form The Institute of Cost & Management Accounts of Bangladesh(ICMAB)


Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Produce management accounts on a monthly and annual basis.
∎ Overseeing the company's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
∎ Managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the financial health of the organization.
∎ Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making.
∎ Evaluating potential investments, acquisitions, or divestitures from a financial perspective. Having knowledge of merger, acquisition.
∎ Supervising the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
∎ Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
∎ Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations (e.g., Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or International Financial Reporting Standards).
∎ Collaborating with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Managing tax planning and compliance, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
∎ Ensuring the organization takes advantage of available tax incentives and deductions.
∎ Providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
∎ Interacting with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategies.
∎ Staying updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
∎ Coordination with banks, Govt. authorities, insurance companies, auditors, etc.
∎ Cost Analysis and find out way to enhance profit.
∎ To perform other relevant assignments assigned by management.
∎ As a Manager, who will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects and merger/acquisition of Mohubor Rahman Particle Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. Whose responsibilities will include financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and risk management to support strategic objectives as well as collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure transparency and financial efficiency across the organization
∎ As a Manager, who will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects and merger/acquisition of Mohubor Rahman Particle Mills (Pvt.) Ltd. Whose responsibilities will include financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and risk management to support strategic objectives as well as collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure transparency and financial efficiency across the organization
