Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM/B.sc in Animal Husbandry or BSc in Animal Sciences
∎ MSc in Animal Nutrition will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing the silage-making strategy with the local Operations Team, and defined customer and geographical base in the Livestock industry.
∎ Advising and leading local Market preparation activities for prospective silage
∎ Coordinating of production and execution of plan, between local growers and operations team.
∎ Develop a marketing plan and become the Aftab silage leader in the feeding industry.
∎ Advise other areas to understand the impact of Aftab Silage and how it could work in their areas, thereby adding sales to Aftab Feeds.
∎ Partner with the technical team to develop simple training programs for Resellers and the Feeding Industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have 3 years experience with the Silage industry
