Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis processes

Manage cash flow planning, liquidity, working capital, and financial discipline

Develop pricing models, pricing governance, and profitability optimization strategies

Analyze product, customer, and segment-level margins and revenue performance

Monitor inventory turnover, aging, and receivables recovery processes

Prepare timely management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and financial insights

Conduct risk assessments and support development of mitigation frameworks

Oversee project costing, cost allocation, and project profitability analysis

Implement Activity-Based Costing (ABC) frameworks and cost optimization initiatives

Evaluate investments using NPV, IRR, ROI, ROE, BEP, and payback analysis

Prepare board reports, financial presentations, and strategic performance analysis

Develop and enforce financial policies, SOPs, governance, and compliance controls

Coordinate board meetings, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions

Prepare BRDs and support finance system/process improvement initiatives

Leverage analytics and reporting tools to automate dashboards and improve data accuracy

Define, monitor, and align financial KPIs with strategic and operational objectives
