The Manager/ Senior Manager, Digital Media will lead the development and execution of digital media strategies aligned with MGI’s strategic goals and PR objectives.
As a key member of the Public Relations Department, this role is responsible for creating and managing diverse multimedia content across digital platforms to engage internal and external audiences effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Manager/ Senior Manager will drive integrated digital campaigns, monitor online communities, and optimize MGI’s digital presence using data-driven insights.
Job Description:
Develop comprehensive digital media strategies by aligning them with the organization’s strategic goals, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate digital platforms to support effective strategic communication.
Create and curate high-quality multimedia content, including videos, blogs, graphics, infographics, posters, social media posts, podcasts, and documentaries, to ensure engaging and consistent communication across internal and external digital channels.
Plan and execute integrated digital media campaigns by utilizing relevant platforms and tools to support corporate communication, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement objectives.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate creative ideas and align digital content strategies with business, brand, and communication priorities.
Monitor, identify, and engage online communities through active listening and interaction to amplify strategic narratives and strengthen digital presence.
Design, manage, and maintain internal and external digital platforms by ensuring regular updates with planned and approved content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and engagement.
Track, analyze, and report digital media performance and return on investment (ROI) by using analytics tools and insights to optimize campaigns and continuously improve results.
