Job Context:
∎ Peoples Ceramic Industries Ltd is seeking a Manager (Sales & Marketing) for its Head Office at Motijheel C/A, Dhaka.
∎ Report to: Deputy General Manager [F&A].

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
∎ Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Create attainable Sales target for the sales team.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective sales & marketing strategies for increasing sales volume.
∎ Acquire product information of competitor's product, price, feature, and promotional activities.
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitor sales & activity report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Marketing, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Design/Printing/Publishing, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ Strong background and technical knowledge in sales.
∎ Strong leadership abilities, good communication & strong analytical skills and business management
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
