Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop & implement effective Marketing & sales strategies
- lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales target
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales plans
- Monitor and analyze performance matrix and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plan and monitored properly to achieve the sales target.
- Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies
- Assist with the promotional activities of the company, including Sales activations, brand activations & events, etc., to ensure adequate market awareness for our products
- Prepare monthly and annual sales forecast
- Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
- Provide on time effective solutions of field force
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Training, development & monitoring of sales & distribution personnel
- Required Computer skills: MS office, Related Presentation Apps
