Responsibilities & Context:
Identifying potential clients and generating leads through various strategies and market research.
Responding to client queries, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and managing the sales pipeline.
Arranging and conducting site visits and providing detailed presentations on properties or development projects.
Handling contract negotiations, preparing client payment schedules, and closing sales to achieve targets.
Conducting market surveys and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Preparing and submitting daily and monthly activity reports to management.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and following up on after-sales service.
Planning and participating in exhibitions and trade shows to promote projects and expand reach.
