Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing company sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Designing sales programs and setting short- and long-term sales goals.
∎ Developing sales strategy for the company in line with company sales objectives.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Develop training plans and facilitate training of your salespeople.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
∎ Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
∎ Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume.
∎ Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of sales objectives.
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
∎ Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years

∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a sales team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
