Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Educational eligibility may be relaxed for relevant experience person

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting the Company's existing products to the market and ensuring the sales team meets their targets/ goals.
∎ Formulating marketing plan, market research for effective implementation to achieve goals and hit sales targets by successful managing the sales team.
∎ Emphasizing on sales & previous due collections and driven the marketing team accordingly.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with dealers and customers and meet their requirement efficiently.
∎ Identify potential market opportunities across the country and find the key dealers and expanded business according company's business plan.
∎ Build strategic relationships with related key industry players, agencies and vendors.
∎ Measure and report on the performance of marketing officers and asses against their targets/goals.
∎ Prepare all sort of contents which are needed to execute marketing plan. Collect and research relevant company's marketing policies/ procedures as per management requirements.
∎ Consistently generates new ideas strategies, technologies, practices etc that are being followed and becoming trends across the relevant industries.
∎ Prepared proposals and price quotations.
∎ Co-ordinate with sales team and logistic to ensure timely delivery item to the dealer point.
∎ Any other duties assign by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sales, sales-collections, Products Promotion, Branding, Digital Marketing etc.
∎ Proven track record of driving sales and marketing team for any company and achieving desire goal.
∎ Sound knowledge on Ms Office and digital marketing.
∎ Ability to write Bangle and English contents for briefing the management.
∎ Moderate fluency in English.
∎ Must possess soft skills and people skills.
