Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising & monitoring of all kinds of sales related jobs of the company and taking appropriate measures timely.
∎ Supervising & monitoring Logistics matters of the company.
∎ Maintaining inventory management by supervising the records of all productive items & Acquisition of Fixed Assets.
∎ Identifying the problems and report to the respective department and Top management timely.
∎ Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with the operations and project management teams for project feasibility studies.
∎ Must have the ability of product costing and pricing to maximize company profit.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of all the latest laws of VAT, Tax, Customs, etc., and ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures for the factory & Head office.
∎ Co-ordinate ERP System in full fazed in all the functional units in the factory.
∎ Maintaining effective liaison with relevant departments like costing, procurement, internal audit, etc., and external stakeholders as well for smooth operation of the business. Ensure compliance of the applicable national laws and regulations, e.g., VAT and Tax rules.
∎ Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
∎ Set and track sales accounts targets, aligned with company objectives.
∎ Monitor sales metrics (i.e., monthly, quarterly, periodically results and annual forecasts).
∎ Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Preparing financial statement and relevant reports for management.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the senior management officials
