∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor standard security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with our prevailing internal security policies
∎ Monitor licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements and directives.
∎ Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
∎ Supervise or monitor other security professionals, perform activities such as hiring, training, assigning work, and evaluating performance.
∎ Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs and alter (if needed) current security programs accordingly.
∎ Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
∎ Recommend security procedures for security call centers, operations centers, domains, asset classification systems, system acquisition, system development, system maintenance, access control, program models, or various other reporting tools.
∎ Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement & Implement the same.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches. And Arrange for or perform executive protection activities.
∎ Reporting Line: The position will directly report to either MD/CEO or may as well to the Board of Directors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 10 years of working experience of which 2 years in relevant field.
∎ Recently Retired Army officers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent understanding on the safety and security current issues and measures including equipment's.
∎ Good training and networking skills.
∎ Good sense of alertness and decision making skills
∎ Excellent analytical skills
