Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage safety and security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees, facilities, and assets.
∎ Lead investigations into security incidents and develop action plans to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and ensure that mitigation plans are in place to minimize the impact of potentialthreats.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire, medical, and disaster preparedness, and conduct regular training and drills to ensure readiness.
∎ Oversee the investigation of workplace accidents and injuries, and recommend corrective actions to prevent similar incidents.
∎ Monitor security systems, such as CC cameras, access control, and alarms, and ensure that they are functioning properly.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective response in emergency situations.
∎ Develop and implement a security awareness program to educate employees on best practices for protecting themselves and the company's assets.
∎ Ensure that all safety and security equipment, such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting, are regularly inspected and maintained.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Controlthe security operations budget, monitor expenses, and document processes
∎ Supervise, recruit and train the security personnel
∎ Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures
∎ Plan and implement comprehensive security strategies
∎ Assist in conducting regular fire drills
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by management
∎ Very good command of English
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Retired defense officers are highly preferred
