Educational Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate must have Graduation from any reputed educational Institution preferably in Hospitality management.
∎ Relevant professional degree will be highly preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets & motivate team.
∎ Responsible for the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Day to Day operations of the Resort.
∎ Maintain the standards of service delivered to the customer in Restaurants and all other food & beverage outlets by the employees.
∎ Maintain the Resort control policies and completion of necessary forms.
∎ Approve all the requisitions to ensure that they are prepared properly and placed in a proper and timely manner in compliance with company's instructions.
∎ Keep up to date with licensing legislation and take legal responsibility for the premises.
∎ Clarify duties and responsibilities of departments and ensure that work flows are in a logical and good order.
∎ Ensure the Resort is clean and well maintained throughout
∎ Ensure proper staffing levels
∎ Assist in preparing annual departmental operating budgets as well as capital expenditure and manpower budgets.
∎ Control and analyze departmental costs to ensure performance is within budget
∎ Monitoring guest check in and check out
∎ Monitor visitor's trend.
∎ Prepare monthly collection & deposits statement and receipt & payment statement.
∎ Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
∎ Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
∎ Maintaining website and Social Media Marketing
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Coordinate with agencies, partners and corporate offices.
∎ Capable of organizing and implementing promotional activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
