Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - 05 years’ experience in health care quality assurance system of a tertiary care hospital.
- Experience in formal quality system like JCI/six sigma/lean/kaizen will be an added advantage for the candidate.
- Candidate must have high level of communication skill both in English and Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context: - Development of the activities needed to carry out an effective program of continuous quality improvement and patient safety within the hospital and monitoring of the same.
- Development of various Quality Tools for the QA program to run.
- Responsible for creating forms to collect data, identify which data to collect and how to validate data.
- Implementing improvements and evaluate if the improvements were sustained.
- Responsible for supporting measure selection process throughout the hospital and provide coordination and integration of measurement activities.
- Responsible for tracking the progress on the planned collection of measure data for the priorities selected.
- Responsible for integration of event reporting systems, safety culture measures and others to facilitate integrated solutions and improvements.
- Participating in external database to find out the hospitals performance improvement activities. Also responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of internal data throughout the process.
- Responsible for monitoring and updating policies and procedures.
- Make strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
- Facilitate regular meeting of Quality Committee and ensures the meeting minutes are put in to operation. Engage in other committees as required.
- Supports the organizational orientation/induction programs for new staff to ensure that they are educated and informed into the requirements of the Quality and Patient Safety Program.
- Actively engage in hospital accreditation process.
